Dr. C.P. Ravikumar is presently the Technical Director Technical Talent Development at Texas Instruments, India. He leads the TI India Technical University which provides learning opportunities to employees of TI India. His earlier roles in TI include Director of University Relations and Senior Technologist (VLSI Test). He is also an adjunct faculty at IIT Madras.
Before joining TI India in 2001, Ravikumar was a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1991-2001). He also held a visiting position at the University of Southern California (1995-1996) and the position of Vice President (Training) at Controlnet India Pvt Ltd (2000-2001).
He obtained his Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) from the University of Southern California (1991), M.E. in Computer Science with highest scores from Indian Institute of Science (1987) and B.E. in Electronics with a Gold Medal from Bangalore University (1983).
His Research interest includes Embedded Systems , VLSI Test such as Testing for Nanometer-related Failures, Low-power Testing, Test Vector Validation, Memory Testing, HierarchicalTesting, Built-in Self Test , Functional Testing of Microprocessors ,Testing of core-based systems , Fault Diagnosis, VLSI Design Automation such as Design flow analysis and optimization,System-levelSynthesis, Low-power Design Techniques, Deep Submicron Design and High-Performance Computing such as Distributed Computing, Distributed/Parallel algorithms for Resource Discovery HeterogeneousMultiprocessors,StorageAreaNetworks,EmbeddedSystems Routing and Multicasting , Interconnection Networks.
He is being also bestowed with the Best Blogger Award (TI University Program)

He has won the best paper award at IEEE International Conference on VLSI Design (2002) and VLSI Test Symposium (2005)
Dr. S. S. Iyengar is a Distinguished University Professor, Distinguished Ryder professor, and Director of the School of Computing and Information sciences and is the founding Director of the Discovery Lab at Florida International University. He has published over 600 research papers and has authored/coauthored/edited 24 books published by MIT Press, John Wiley & Sons, Prentice Hall, CRC Press, and Springer. He is a member of the European Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of ACM, a Fellow of AAAS, a Fellow of NAI, a Fellow of AIMBE, a Fellow of the Society of Design and Process Program (SPDS), and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (FIE). He was awarded a Distinguished Alumnus Award of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and was awarded the IEEE Computer Society Technical Achievement Award for the contributions to sensor fusion algorithms and parallel algorithms. He is also a senior Fulbright distinguished specialist award winner. He is a Golden Core member of the IEEE-CS, and he has received a Lifetime Achievement Award conferred by the International Society of Agile Manufacturing (ISAM). Prof. Iyengar is TIMES NETWORK NRI award winner in 2017. He has served on many National Science Boards such as NIH—National Library of Medicine in Bioinformatics, National Science Foundation review panel, NASA Space Science, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Naval Security, and many others. He is also the founding editor of the International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks. He has been the editor for many IEEE journals. He is presently the editor of ACM Computing Surveys and other journals. His work has been featured on the cover of the National Science Foundation’s breakthrough technologies in both 2014 and again in 2016.
Dr M H Kori (IETE Distinguished Fellow) is one of the leading Wireless & Mobile Telecommunication experts. He has more than 40 years experience in Telecom, RF, Microelectronics & IT. His research, industrial and academic experiences include work at Alcatel-Lucent Technologies as Technical Director & also as Head of Hyderabad R&D Unit; Head of Wireless Division at C-DOT; Technical Vice President of Geosoft Technologies; Head of Telecom at DSQ Software; IIT Bombay; University of Duisburg, Germany; Technical Advisor to Validus Technologies USA. Dr Kori’s professional contributions include extensive research work in Wireless & Mobile Communications. He was the Head of architecture team in Lucent Technologies working on many technologies leading to 5G; Digital Microwave development at C-DOT; Visiting Fellow at University of Duisburg Germany, designed MMIC Chips fabricated at Daimler Benz MMIC Foundry Ulm, Germany; Member of several advisory & standards committees - Study Group NWG 9 of ITU-R; guided students for MS/PhD at IISc/BITS & other Institutes; Member of Advisory Committee / Academic Council for many Institutes / Universities. Dr Kori has published and presented many papers in journals & conferences, delivered invited talks, conducted workshops at national & international conferences, and has been the Chair, Co-Chair of several conferences. He is the Organizing Chair of the International Radar Symposium and International Symposium on Microwaves. He is the co-author of a book ‘Networks Everywhere’, CSIR Publications and contributing editor of the book ‘Milestones in Science and Technology’, Navakarnataka Publications. He is also the co-editor of ‘Proceedings of International Conference on Emerging Microelectronics & Interconnection Technologies -EMIT ‘96 & EMIT ’98. Dr Kori is the Chairman of International Microelectronics & Packaging Society (IMAPS) India. Dr Kori has served IETE in various capacities including as Governing Council Member (2012-15), Chairman of IETE Bangalore Centre (1998-2000), Former Vice Chairman of IEEE MTT & ED Society, Former EC Member IET. He is the recipient of RVCE World Telecom Day Award & IETE Batra Memorial Award. Dr Kori holds PhD from IIT Bombay and his areas of interest include Wireless Communications, 5G & IoT; Microwaves & MMIC; Microelectronics.
Dr. Rathna G N is a Principal Research Scientist in the department of Electrical Engineering, IISc, Bangalore 560 012. She completed her B.E in Electrical Engineering from BMS college of Engineering, Bangalore University and M.Sc (Engg) and Ph.D from Indian Institute of Science.
Her areas of Interest are Digital Signal Processing/Processors, Embedded System, VLSI, Image Processing, Real time systems and Sensor Networks. She has been awarded Medals: Tata Rao and Pt. Madan Mohana Malaviya from Institution of Engineers(India).

Dr. Shivakumar Sastry is a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at The University of Akron. He is a distinguished scientist, engineer and educator with experience in world-class engineering organizations and academics. He is an expert in graph algorithms and software engineering. His current research interests are in Networked Embedded Systems, Decision-Support Systems, Graph Algorithms and Network Analysis. Prof. Sastry completed his Bachelor’s degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore University, India. He went on to complete a Masters in Engineering by Research at the Indian Institute of Science, worked as a Software Systems Consultant with Macmet India Pvt. Ltd., pursued graduate studies at the University of Central Florida. Prof. Sastry worked in various roles in the industry in USA. He started with a Simulation start-up company IntelliSys in New York. He then served as a Senior Consultant with GE Consulting Services. In this role, he worked at the Advanced Technologies groups in Knowledge Based Systems and Information Technology at Xerox Corporation. He then joined the industry-leader Rockwell Automation as a Senior Engineer. His contributions at Rockwell quickly propelled him to the rank of Senior Research Scientist and Advisory Software Developer. His contributions were also recognized with the award of two US Patents. Prof. Sastry received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering and Science from Case Western Reserve University. He joined The University of Akron in 2002 where he has supervised about 30 graduate students. The success of his students is demonstrated by their successful careers in leading organizations such as Schweitzer Electric, Lockheed Martin, Goodyear, Catterpillar, Graco, Denso, and Rockwell Automation. His research has been recognized through multiple research awards from the prestigious National Science Foundation. Currently, he also serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the University of Akron.
